At this time we are looking for a Nurse

Responsibilities:

• performing diagnostic tests, laboratory work.
  
• delivery of patient care services through coordination and supervision of patients.
  
• follows the physician plan of care.
  
• intake coordination of a referral from an acceptable referral source.
  
• establishes each patient's individualized treatment and medical record baseline.
  
• facilitates active and effective communication with team members to provide guidance in the delivery of patient care.
  

Requirement:

• successful completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  
• 1 year of clinical experience in public health, home health and/or a hospital setting.
  
• able to communicate with patients, patient families and other team members with clear speech, speech recognition and written communication.
  
• fluency in English.
  
• bedside manner, medical teamwork, multi-tasking.
