    Coordination of production and commerce interaction:

    S&OP meetings, review and adjustment of sales plans for the next period (1 - 4 - 18 months rolling), analysis of the implementation of sales plan for the previous period / commodity-supply companies and customers, provision of the plan finished products to the warehouse of the company (stock for 1 - 4 months horizon).


    Plans / orders for production:

    analysis of inventory of the company and customers, sales plans, production capacity, availability of raw materials, Formation of orders / plans for local production (Athens) and sites in Europe (Alcala Farma, Spain), analysis of feedbacks from sites (Answers to the possibility of production, delivery), negotiations and achieving solutions with production sites.


    Purchases of raw materials:

    Control of the FG warehouse and customer service department: acceptance of finished goods, quality control, shipping and delivery to customers (Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova), documentary evidence. upload data to the corporate system (FCST, actual sales and current stock at Ukraine).

    • Data exchange between commerce, production and procurement was structured, forecast accuracy and forecast deviation rules were agreed by stakeholders.
