ACTING AS KEY LIAISON BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND COMPANY. 

LEADING BUSINESS NEGOCIATIONS AND ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP: Lead and handle all negotiation and interaction with account executives and key decision makers in the account. Accountable and empowered to make decisions and negotiate all key agreements while building the business and personal relationships with all key decision makers.


DEVELOPING OF STRATEGIC AND SALES PLANS: 

  • Develop and drive the establishment of the Account strategic plan to drive business; 
  • Develop strategies, sales and share forecast, programs and initiatives to meet customer objectives and drive business considering product line, segmentation strategy and level of investment required to drive the business.


MANAGING THE ACCOUNT MANAGER TO INSURE IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION: 

  • Work with the Account Manager to ensure the implementation of all agreements, programs, activities and tactics; 
  • Manage launch of new products and the development /performance/ profitability of all products in the portfolio; 
  • Evaluate the results, identify gaps and implement corrective measures when needed; 
  • Constantly communicate and inform the sales team and head office and identify and communicate account/market opportunities, competitive strategies and/or threats to the organisation.
