    Providing assistance and help to the Company staff and Management Board for smooth running Office operation, as well as distant assistance to Sales Dept. staff, timely assistance during the employee's business trip, providing Office with necessary stuff (chancellery, h/hold items, lunch, coffee breaks items, and Office technique maintenance), and cooperation with Contractors.


    • Meeting guests of the company, taking to Negotiation room, as well as providing any kind of assistance to them.
    • Providing general administrative support to the colleagues and Management Board.
    • Dealing with all general emails and incoming calls on behalf of the company.
    • Answering the phone and forwarding callers to the relevant staff.
    • Receiving the incoming post, registering and transferring to the relevant staff.
    • Collecting and signing for all deliveries from the courier, registering and transfer the relevant Department.
    • Collecting, registering and sorting out the outcoming post for franking.
